Buscamos Administrador de BMC HELIX que quieran aprender y transformar su carrera.
En esta función tendrás que:
-
Implementación y administración de mesas de ayuda con BMC.
- Planificar y desplegar nuevas versiones y lanzamientos incluyendo la documentación correspondiente sobre la herramienta BMC Helix.
- Realizar análisis de requerimientos y funcional, Desarrollo, Plan de pruebas, resolución de incidencias, gestión de Ordenes de Trabajo y tareas.
- Garantizar el funcionamiento óptimo de BMC Helix de conformidad con los acuerdos de nivel de servicio para cada uno de los proyectos asignados.
- Elaborar documentación: Funcional, Técnica, Guías de pruebas, Guías de usuario, etc.
Ideal si cuentas con: Ingenieria en Electrónica, Telecomunicaciones, Sistemas o carreras afines.
Y mucho mejor si destacas por: Más de 3 años de experiencia en la implementación, administración y soporte de BMC HELIX. Sólidos conocimientos en herramientas ITSM BMC.
