WORAN SIE ARBEITEN WERDEN:
- Unterstützung der Produktionsleitung bei sämtlichen operativen Aufgaben
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Verantwortung für das Team der PB Schleifstraße
- Abwesenheitsvertretung der Produktionsleitung PB
- Zeitwirtschaft sowie Administration der Schichtplanung
- Administrative Unterstützung der Produktionsleitung
- Erstellen und Aktualisieren von Dokumentationen der internen Betriebsabläufe
- Bestellwesen und Management der Materialversorgung
- Leimbestellung und -management
- Verbrauchsabrechnungen (Chemikalien, Holz)
- Mitarbeit an verschiedenen Projekten
WAS MACHT SIE BEI UNS ERFOLGREICH:
- Idealerweise ein abgeschlossenes technisches oder ingenieurwissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium (z.B. Holztechnik, Maschinenbau, Produktionstechnik), mindestens jedoch eine abgeschlossene Meister-/Technikerausbildung und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im industriellen Umfeld
- Fähigkeit, ein Team zu führen, zu motivieren und in Veränderungsprozessen zu begleiten - idealerweise gestützt durch praktische Führungserfahrung
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Belastbarkeit und Bewusstsein um die besonderen Herausforderungen eines vollkontinuierlichen Produktionsbetriebs
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen sowie in SAP
- Deutschkenntnisse auf dem Niveau C1 in Wort & Schrift
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
- Sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
