About this role
Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams der Qualitätsprüfung suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Termin einen Laborleiter (m/w/d).
WORAN SIE ARBEITEN WERDEN:
- Abarbeiten von Produktionsaufträgen nach Vorgaben
- Sicherstellen der Qualitätsprüfungen anhand von Normen und betriebsinternen Standards
- Probennahme, Durchführung und Auswertung von Prüfungen an Eingangsmaterialien, Zwischenprodukten, Endprodukten und Prozessschritten.
- Sicherstellung und Durchführung der Prüfmittelüberwachung
- Geräte und Prüfeinrichtungen modifizieren, warten und pflegen
- Personaleinsatzplanung für Mitarbeiter des Labors
- Vorbereitung und Teilnahme an internen und externen Audits
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Prozesse und Teilnahme an Verbesserungsprojekten
- Sicherstellung, sowie Unterstützung im gesamten Abteilungsablauf/-prozess
- Verantwortlich für die Umsetzung und Verbesserung der Sicherheitsstandards
- Mitarbeit und Analyse von Reklamationsfällen
- Zusammenarbeit mit Technologie und Produktionsleitung im Rahmen vom Produktoptimierung und Qualitätssicherung

- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Laborant oder Techniker
- Branchenkenntnisse
- PC-Kenntnisse (SAP, MS-Office, BDE)
- Hohes Maß an Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Personalführung
- Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Handwerkliches Geschick
- Englischkenntnisse
