The Impact You’ll Make in this Role Pricing Analyst Pricing Support At Solventum. Department Overview the Pricing Operations Team is part of Global Operations. The Pricing Operations Team provides administration and support for special prices to Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service personnel.

How you will make an impact

· Maintain Deviated and Standard Pricing process

· Deviated/ Standard Pricing maintenance

· Compile, Organize, and Reconcile Data between multiple systems using Excel, SAP, Sales Force and SharePoint.

· Demonstrate Strong Attention to Detail to ensure accuracy on data reports and processes.

· Document and maintain clear procedures and flowcharts.

· Makes suggestions for problem solutions or enhancements.

· Provide accurate and timely status of work progress.

· Helping to resolve pricing-related Processes.

· Ongoing communications with Pricing, Customer Service, and business stakeholders via email, Sales Force cases, etc.

· Demonstrated problem solving, reasoning, and analytical skills

· Report execution and communications with Customer Service, Sales and Marketers.

Your Skills and Expertise:

· Technical degree or higher from an accredited university

· Minimum of 1-year combined experience in finance, analytics, and pricing.

· Experience with excel skills including familiarity with VLOOKUP, macros and pivot tables

· Experience with Power BI, Access and Automation tools (Preferred)

· Ability to complete repetitive tasks in a timely manner and to keep track of ongoing pending requests

· Flexible and detail oriented

· Fluent in English (C+/ written / verbal)

Preferred Qualifications:

· 2 years combined experience in finance, analytics, pricing.

· Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to build conditional formulas, VLOOKUP's, pivot tables, create macros and manage large data sets

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Fluent in Portuguese (written / verbal)
