The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a HR Senior Workforce Administrator with French and Italian (m/f/x), you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Identifying areas for automation within the HTR department and leading process improvement projects as the project owner

• Working with the HTR team to address process gaps through working closely with Digitalization and Automation team

• Collaborating with management, customers, and stakeholders globally to develop new solutions and enhance existing automation

• Coordinating process transfers and absorption, demonstrating strong project management skills

• Providing operational and transactional support (approximately 20% of the time) and ensuring continuity of service by quickly learning and supporting ticket handling when needed

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND minimum 2 years of experience in an HR team

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures

• Experience with HR systems and tools

• Fluency in English

• Fluency in French and Italian required; additional European languages (Spanish, German, or others) are a strong plus

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Strong client orientation and sense of urgency and capability to manage complex cases and escalations.

• Ability to handle confidential information with maturity.

• Effective time management and prioritization skills and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a global team.

• Project management skills for coordinating process transfers, absorptions and ability to learn quickly and adapt to support ticketing operations when required.

Work location: Hybrid (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Wrocław at least 1 days per month)
