About this role
We are looking for a Deployment Strategist with 1.5+ years of professional management consulting experience with a significant focus on commercial due diligence, at a brand-name firm (Bain, McKinsey, BCG) and ideally 1-2 years of direct experience as a private equity associate to work directly with the founders to build in the private equity space. This is a unique opportunity to join a founding team and directly influence product strategy and company culture, while being exposed to the entire lifecycle from sales processes to delivering value for customers.
What will you be doing?
Partner directly with the founders to design and refine core AI Agent workflows.
Lead customer engagements end-to-end and increasingly own client relationships.
Operate from first principles with high autonomy.
Contribute to product development and strategy, leveraging your client-facing insights.
Engage in sales processes to drive new client acquisition and recurring engagements.
