What we are looking for?Solvea is seeking a backend-focused Founding Engineer to join our team in San Francisco. We are looking for a self-directed builder with 2+ years of professional software engineering experience or an exceptional portfolio of personal projects. This role is crucial for architecting our multi-product ecosystem and building AI agent infrastructure to disrupt the strategy consulting industry.What will you be doing?Partner directly with founders to build core AI agent infrastructure.Own products end-to-end, iterating closely with users to exceed expectations.Operate from first principles without traditional product management layers.Translate business requirements from non-technical stakeholders into elegant technical solutions.Design, implement, and test applications and agentic workflows.Build internal tools to assist consultants in delivering work to clients.
