Job Description
Responsible for ensuring end-to-end functional alignment, design quality, and cross-process consistency across the SAP S/4HANA transformation program. The role bridges functional domains and ensures solutions align with SAP best practices, business needs, and the long-term roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
Provide cross-functional functional oversight across Finance, Logistics, Sales, and Master Data
Guide and govern functional design decisions across multiple streams
Act as escalation point for cross-stream functional and process conflicts
Ensure alignment between business requirements, SAP standard capabilities, and future roadmap
Collaborate with Solution and Integration Architects to deliver cohesive end-to-end design
Support leadership with clear functional impact assessments and recommendations
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA functional design (one or more core domains)
Solid understanding of end-to-end retail business processes
Experience in large, multi-stream SAP transformation programs
Ability to balance SAP standardization with business requirements
Reporting & Interfaces
Reports to: S/4 Transformation Lead
Interfaces with: Architects, Business Leads, SI Functional Leads

Start date: ASAP
Mode of Work: Hybrid
Location: Stockholm
Form of employment: Full-time until further notice, we apply 6 months probationary employment.
