We are searching for a senior Mechanical Engineer with hands-on experience in the same industry (international industrial organization) to support the design, development, and optimization of mechanical systems and industrial equipment within a demanding production environment. This role requires strong practical expertise, technical leadership, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and improvement of complex mechanical systems and assemblies
Provide hands-on technical support for installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Create and review 3D models, technical drawings, and engineering documentation
Analyze equipment failures and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions
Support continuous improvement initiatives in production and maintenance
Collaborate closely with production, quality, safety, and engineering teams
Ensure compliance with engineering standards, industry regulations, and best practices
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Senior-level experience with proven hands-on involvement in the same or a closely related industry
Strong background in industrial machinery, heavy equipment, or process-driven environments
Advanced proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g. SolidWorks, Inventor, Creo, NX, or similar)
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and mechanical systems
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and take technical ownership
Strong English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage
