The Role 
We’re looking for a talented and motivated Senior Software Engineer with 4–6 years of experience in C# .NET and SQL Server to join our engineering team. This role focuses on middle and back-end development, supporting data-intensive applications and system integrations. This is a full-time in-office role located in Westlake, TX just off of highway 114.

What You’ll Do 

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and data processing pipelines.
• Optimize SQL Server queries and database structures for performance and scalability.
• Implement screen scraping techniques while navigating bot detection and CAPTCHA challenges.
• Integrate with a wide variety of external systems, APIs, and data sources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and mentoring junior developers.

What You’ll Bring 

• Required 
• 4+ years experience with C# .NET and SQL Server in production environments.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization.
• Experience handling large-scale data processing efficiently.
• Familiarity with screen scraping, including techniques to avoid bot detection and bypass CAPTCHA.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and system integration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to understand complex infrastructure environment 
• Fluent in English both Written and Verbal 

Nice To Have 

• Prior work experience in and understanding of Agile Development 
• Experience with testing framework like NUnit, xunit or equivalent 
• API (REST, SOAP)  
• Advanced parsing of various data exchange formats XML, JSON, fixed width, delimited, etc. 
• Experience with Test Driven Development 
• Experience with Mocking Frameworks like MOQ or Rhino
