Role
The individual in this position demonstrates understanding of the basic principles and applications in their area of assignments
Under guidance, plans and performs laboratory assignments, customer trials, tests and assembles experimental apparatus, and operates various machines and testing equipment in evaluation of products.
Individual must apply and interpret standard scientific theories, concepts and techniques.
Records experimental data, makes calculations and presents data covering work.
Regularly communicates progress of and requirements to complete assigned work with manager and project teams.
Keep Lab records and maintain instruments.
Key Result Areas
Conversant with physical, inorganic and organic analysis
Develops test procedures and policies for evaluating raw materials, in process and finished products
Document product design and performance specifications.
Run laboratory experiments independently
Formulate products and analyze them and evaluate application parameters under minimum guidance.
Trouble shooting of Lab equipments
Compliance of laboratory Safety
Maintain hygiene in lab and use tools like 5S
Functional Knowledge / Skills

Qualification & Experience
M.Sc (Fresh/1-3 yrs)
