We are looking for a skilled Electrical Service Technician / Technical Customer Service Specialist to join our team and support our customers across Greece. Scope: entire Greece

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform scheduled maintenance and service visits to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Diagnose and repair issues, responding to emergency service calls and implementing effective solutions.
  • Support new customer installations, ensuring proper setup and calibration.
  • Provide training to customers on the safe and efficient use of dosing equipment and hygiene solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and maintain strong relationships with OEM partners.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Experience in electrical engineering and mechanical installations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Willingness to travel across Greece (up to two weeks per month).
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken).
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
  • Valid, clean B-category driving license.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the food & beverage industry.
  • Understanding of basic chemistry related to cleaning processes.
  • Experience in customer-facing technical support.
