What You’ll Do:
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a critical role in customer satisfaction by managing end-to-end order processing, coordinating with key stakeholders, continuously improving service processes, and supporting the commercial team at both local and regional levels.

Some of the Things You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via email, phone, and internal systems, ensuring professional and timely communication.

  • Process customer orders and manage delivery-related activities using SAP (e.g., SAP SD, MM module).

  • Monitor order status and proactively identify and resolve issues related to order discrepancies.

  • Coordinate closely with Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, Finance teams, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

  • Proactively identify potential issues, develop alternative solutions, and propose recommendations to the Customer Service Manager to minimize business risks and operational impact.

  • Support team capability and performance by providing guidance and knowledge sharing, while preparing and maintaining knowledge-based documentation, process guidelines, FAQs, and operational reports for future reference and audit purposes.

  • Ensure team practices and daily operations comply with company policies, procedures, and established guidelines.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.

What You’ll Bring to Us:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field

  • Good command of English, both written and spoken

  • 2–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or Sales Support

  • Experience with SAP is an advantage

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities

  • Good computer skills, particularly MS Excel, Outlook, and SAP
