  • Maintain accurate documentation and planning through CRM reporting, forecasting, and business reviews, while ensuring alignment with food safety, EHS, and sustainability standards.

What You'll Bring

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Technology, or a related scientific or engineering discipline.

  • Years of Experience: 5–10 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development within cleaning, hygiene, sanitation, specialty chemicals, or industrial products serving manufacturing environments (Food & Beverage preferred).

  • Industry Experience: Supporting Food & Beverage manufacturing customers, with exposure to CIP/COP systems, sanitation programs, food safety, and industrial hygiene. Existing customer relationships are a plus but not required.

  • Technical & Commercial Capabilities: Familiarity with Food & Beverage manufacturing processes, cleaning and sanitation chemistry, microbiological risks, and food safety principles; experience presenting value-based solutions and navigating multi-stakeholder B2B environments.

  • Core Strengths: Relationship-oriented, customer-focused, and collaborative; strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills; able to balance independence with teamwork across functions.

  • Systems & Tools: Comfortable using CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Travel & Mobility: Willing to travel to customer sites and manufacturing facilities as needed; proximity to a major airport preferred.
