We believe and invest in personal growth.</p> <p>To strengthen our team, we are looking for Senior IT Auditor with an extensive experience in the audit of IT processes. You are able to check the implementation of legal and regulatory requirements, like BAIT and ISO Standards (e.g 27001). This is an exciting opportunity to participate in crafting the overall Audit value within Solaris.&nbsp;</p> <h4>Your Role&nbsp;</h4> <ul> <li>Independent preparation and conducting of IT-audits, including drafting of audit reports and coordination with the business units.</li> <li>Participation in the review and assurance of the internal control system, compliance, security and efficiency of processes and systems.</li> <li>Independent review of internal and external audit findings as part of the follow up process.</li> <li>Independent support of internal projects according to MaRisk/BAIT/KWG.</li> <li>Actively participate in the development of the auditing methods.</li> </ul> <h4>We'd love to see&nbsp;</h4> <p>Depending on your level of experience, your responsibilities and scope of role will range. We don’t care much about fancy titles, but rather about real personal and professional development, as laid out in our <a href="https://medium.com/solarisbank-blog/the-learning-framework-how-we-enable-solarians-to-shape-their-professional-development-67e7e22741d0">learning framework.</a> Let’s figure together out how you can contribute to our team.</p> <ul> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">5+ years of experience in the field of auditing IT requirements (MaRisk, BAIT, IT Grundschutz, or ISO 2700X).</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Educational degree, preferably in IT, Cyber Security, Information Security or aany other related fields.&nbsp;</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Experience as an auditor or consultant in auditing techniques, in particular with ToD and ToE.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Good knowledge of fundamental processes especially BCM, incident- and problem management, clouds, outsourcing, software and development processes including testing and approval, authorization management.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Very good knowledge of the regulatory standards.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Ability to work in a team and a high degree of decision-making ability.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Confident and excellent social skills, hands-on mentality, high level of self-motivation.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal (German is also a big plus).&nbsp;</li> </ul> <h4 data-start="1966" data-end="1988"><strong data-start="1971" data-end="1988">Working Model</strong></h4> <ul> <li data-start="1990" data-end="2211">If you’re working from Berlin, we’d be happy to have you in the office<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span>two days per week.
