We're looking for a DataOps Engineer to join our Cloud Group!
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining our DB servers
- Providing support and guidelines to the Development Teams
- Monitor Development teams implementations, using a wide range of tools such as Ansible, Git, Grafana, Phyton, and more
- Focusing on improving Data platform performance, and working together with the development teams to improve code performance and designing SolarEdge future data platform.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience as an infrastructure DBA\dataops position managing one of the following: Mysql, MariaDB, Oracle , Cassandra
- Proficiency with Linux servers
- Query tunings
- strong with TWO of the following automation tools: python\ bash\ ansible
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Passion, Curiosity, dedication, and desire to be the best and continue learning new processes and technologies
Advantage:
- Experience with DevOps tools (git, Jenkins, GitLab, ansible, terraform, Prometheus, Grafana, Kubernetes) – a big advantage
- experience with nifi\kafka
- Experience with AWS\Vmware
- Knowledge of Any Data platform in AWS
- Performance tunings and performance issues debugging
