Requires the operation of all Solar vehicles, on or off company premises.

WORK PERFORMED:

  • Drive pickups, stake beds, semi-trucks, truck cranes, and other fuel or electric powered vehicles on or off company premises, as assigned.

  • Load and unload applicable vehicles as is necessary.

  • Responsible for checking vehicles for proper and safe loading and correctness of loading and unloading procedures of assigned vehicle.

  • Work from authorized documents and other written and oral instructions to complete assigned tasks.

  • Perform emergency roadside minor maintenance to vehicle as may be necessary.

  • Maintain required licenses and permits.

  • Usage of forklifts

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent

  • A valid agency issued driver's license with an acceptable driving record (this includes no moving violations within the last 12 months, no "2 point" violations within the last 3 years, and no DUI's within the last 7 years)

  • Working computer knowledge

  • Must be able to work at heights of up to 20 feet from the floor

Preferred Qualifications

  • Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A

  • Good problem-solving skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Forklift experience

Compensation & Benefits

$20- $34.13
