Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Infor Baan/ERP LN Techno-Functional Consultant with 5+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, working closely with stakeholders to design and implement technical solutions, and support Infor Baan/LN modules.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Business Analyst and users to analyze requirements, translating & developing them into technical specifications.
• Provide end-to-end support for ERP implementations, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.
• Work with cross-functional teams including IT, business analysts, and external vendors to deliver integrated solutions.
• Participate in data migration, system integration, and testing activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and
• Stay updated with the latest Infor LN/Baan features, best practices, and industry trends.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, security policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Support change management initiatives and provide post-implementation support.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Infor Baan or Infor LN ERP systems
• Strong understanding of business processes in manufacturing, supply chain, finance, or related domains.
• Experience in system configuration, customization, and integration.
• Proficiency in Baan/LN tools, scripting, and reporting.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Infor LN latest versions and cloud deployments.
• Understanding of SOD and access controls. Experience with Sox controls, audits, and process walk-throughs.
• A good understanding of application lifecycle management, change management, and production release mechanisms desired.
• Familiarity with SQL, database management, and reporting tools.
• Certification in Infor Baan/LN or related modules.
• Experience working in a global or multi-location environment.
Summary Pay Range:
$120,660.00 - $180,900.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
