Field Overhaul Technical Support in Catalina & Samaria Workshops and Field.

ENGLISH PROFICIENCY AND TRAVEL AVAILABILITY IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION

  • Disposition worksheets
  • Support in assembly and dessasembly of Gas Producers, Power Turbines and Gas Compressors.
  • Shipments of cores of subassemblies “Gas Producers, Power Turbines and Gas Compressors”.
  • Receptions of new parts and subassemblies.
  • Resolution of quality issues on subassemblies and new parts.
  • Data Tags for Gas Compressors
  • Remote Overhaul Engineering Technical Support provided to Mexico and LATAM Districts
  • Frequently asked supports are:
  • Dry gas seals replacement list for all compressor model.
  • Field tools for turbomachinery replacement.
  • Turbomachinery replacement procedures.
  • Borescope report Overhaul Technical recommendations.

 

Second Engineer of the Test Cell at the Veracruz Plant & Test Cell Technical Support

  • Applies advanced principles and concepts in testing and troubleshooting.  Is a recognized expert in test, has working knowledge of other engineering disciplines as they would apply to specialization; eg. Engine systems, controls.
  • In addition to knowing where to get issues resolve and provide feedback, knows who the decision makers are for all types of issues, and how to present issues to them for final resolution.  Participates in organizational debates on issues concerning Test Cell.
  • Able to represent Solar Production Test in meetings with the customer on special testing and other issues out of the realm of normal testing.
  • Resolution of mechanical issues on engines when testing them.
  • Verification of test cell report.
  • Travelers for test cell of engines Saturn and Centaur

 

Metrology Laboratory Control

  • Verify the internally calibration of all Overhaul instrumentation tools.
  • Have all tools in good conditions and secure.
  • Preservation of all tools.
