The world's leader in innovative energy solutions, Solar Turbines, is looking for an Inspector Trainee to learn quality control processes at our Broken Arrow, Oklahoma facility. The Trainee will learn in-depth analysis and documentation using vernier, dial and digital calipers, surface plates, micrometers and gages. The primary responsibility will be managing the inspections of diaphragms, vanes, nozzle casings, nozzle support rings and various other critical engine components.

Candidates shall perform detailed inspections and complete job documentation using the following, but not limited to:

  • Vernier, dial & digital calipers
  • Surface plates
  • Gage blocks & length standards
  • Bore gages (all types)
  • Tube, blade, groove and depth micrometers
  • Thread plug gages, ring gages
  • Height gages
  • Radius gages
  • Conduct Deburr Checks

Desired Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Willing to learn Geometry and Trigonometry skills.

Summary Pay Range:

$15.03 - $22.55
