This includes shaping pricing strategies, optimising inventory, and ensuring that the hotel remains competitive in both current and future market conditions.
A core part of the role is to anticipate trends, identify emerging opportunities, and respond quickly to potential risks. The Revenue Manager acts as a central decision maker, guiding the hotel toward strong commercial performance by collaborating closely with key stakeholders and aligning revenue strategies with the broader business plan.
