I rollen som Kunderådgiver Software vil du jobbe i skjæringspunktet salg, service og rådgivning. Du blir del av et kundeteam innen offentlig sektor, hvor du bistår store, statlige selskaper  deres teknologireise. Dette inkluderer prising og produktsammensetninger av ulike programvaretjenestersamt proaktiv rådgivning slik at kundene kan ta smarte og verdiskapende teknologivalgrollen vil du lære mer om kundene og sektoren, bygge erfaring innen et stort antall ulike sky og programvareløsninger, samt  en god forståelse for avtaletyper og ulike lisensmodeller. 

  

Dine arbeidsoppgaver vil blant annet innebære: 

  • Ansvarlig for Enterprise Software på utvalgt kundesett 
  • Tett oppfølging med dine kunder og sørge for at de utnytter sin programvareportefølje til riktig pris 
  • Kartlegge ulike og nye forespørsler, utvikle muligheter som kan øke og skape ny verdi hos kundene og vedlikeholde CRM 
  • Kontinuering oppdatere egen kompetanse, eksempelvis ved å delta i kurs- og utdanningsmuligheter, ta sertifiseringer og opprettholde personlige nettverk

Vi ser 
etter deg som er eller har:
 

  • Nysgjerrig  ny teknologi, motivert for å lære, og har god forretningsforståelse 
  • Bachelorgrad eller annen høyere utdanning er fordelaktig, ikke et krav 
  • 1+ års erfaring innen kundeservice, salg eller økonomi 
  • Komfortabel med å bruke Excel som arbeidsverktøy

  • Stort ønske om å lære og utvikle kunnskap og ferdigheter 
  • Solid kommunikator, og trives med å holde presentasjoner og oversette teknologi for våre kunder
