We’re looking for a Junior FP&A Analyst to join our WEMEA Finance team. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Senior Business Controller, supporting the financial performance of the region through analysis, reporting, and cost control activities. This is a great opportunity to apply core financial principles in a complex, international environment while building a strong foundation in FP&A.
You’ll support the financial health of the WEMEA region by delivering accurate analysis, disciplined cost control, and reliable reporting. Your work will help leaders understand performance, manage budgets, and make informed decisions.
Analyse regional financial data, including P&L and sales performance, tracking results against targets.
Support cost control activities across multiple countries, ensuring accurate expense management and allocations.
Assist with Net Working Capital reporting, including monitoring Accounts Receivable and key metrics such as DSO.
Prepare clear, accurate, and timely management reports, highlighting insights and improvement opportunities.
Support the monthly forecasting process through data consolidation and analysis across the region.
Identify trends in financial and sales data to support planning and decision-making.
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Initial experience in finance, FP&A, controlling, or similar roles (including internships or graduate experience).
Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g. Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and PowerPoint.
A structured, detail-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and reliability.
Experience working with financial reporting, forecasting, or performance analysis.
Exposure to Power BI or other business intelligence tools.
Willingness to continuously develop technical and analytical skills through training.
