The role
Security Analyst (SOC)

Being part of SoftwareOne’s SOC means joining a global, collaborative, and highly technical team, where your role will be key to protecting our clients’ infrastructure, strengthening their security posture, and contributing to the continuous improvement of monitoring and incident response processes.
How a day to day would look like in this role:
- Infrastructure Monitoring and Supervision: Advanced, proactive and centralized that analyzes security events generated by the implemented and managed security infrastructure.
- Identification of faults and events, review and monitoring of physical alarms and basic level of incident resolution.Reporting and monitoring of Incidents.
- Escalation of failures and incidents according to defined service levels.
What we need to see from you
Technical, technological, or professional education in Systems Engineering or related fields, with experience and knowledge working as a SOC Security Analyst.
Required Skills
Experience with Microsoft security tools such as Microsoft Sentinel, Defender for Endpoint, or Microsoft 365 Defender.
Knowledge of security monitoring, incident analysis, and incident management.
English level B1.
Desirable:
Microsoft certifications: SC-900, MS-900, SC-400, SC-300, or SC-200.
