What You’ll Do:

As an Overnight Grille Chef, you’ll be the heartbeat of Snappy’s Grille during the late-night hours.

Your mission:

Master the Grille: Cook and prepare hot and cold menu items quickly and accurately to keep our guests satisfied.
Stay Safe and Clean: Follow all health and safety standards to ensure food is fresh, delicious, and handled with care.
Keep It Organized: Maintain a clean and orderly workspace, including stocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
Support the Team: Assist with restocking and prepping for the morning crew to ensure a smooth handoff.

Qualifications:
To thrive as an Overnight Grille Chef, you’ll bring the following to the table:

Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Experience: Previous experience in a retail or food service environment is preferred, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person!
Skills: Strong hand-eye coordination to handle the fast-paced multitasking that comes with preparing quality food.
Attitude: A positive, team-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering excellent service every shift.
