Data Analysis/Communication/Issue Resolution – Prevention                                                                                                 % of Job – 80% Network configuration and troubleshooting. Plan, design, and implement unified communications and collaboration infrastructure projects. Create and present designs and oversee implementations. Requires continuous monitoring of company’s systems. Design documentation with purpose statements, test plans, required personnel, hardware resources, costs estimates, and schedules. Other duties as assigned. Warehouse Efficiencies – Cost Reduction                                                                                                                               % of Job – 10% Implements warehouse efficiencies and cost reduction programs to assist the company in making better merchandise flow decisions by conducting thorough analysis on key areas which are causing product and delivery issues. Builds and maintains a work environment that is positive and is supported by open feedback and two-way communication at all levels. Team Leadership Responsible for maintaining a positive work environment while supporting the company’s culture.                        % of Job – 10% Responsible for fostering a healthy and safe work environment, focusing on the well-being of all associates. Maintains and strengthens internal, external customer, and supplier relationships. Communicates and works well with all business partners. Ensures inventory management and merchandise allocation flows product through the warehouse in the most cost efficient and productive manner. QualificationsEducation and/or Experience Requires Bachelor’s degree in IT or relevant technical degree or equivalent experience. Working experience of 1 to 3 years as network administrator. Able to configure, install, and troubleshoot networking devices and firewall. Good working knowledge on Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP. Knowledge in Linux is an advantage. Must be fluent in English. Essential Skills: Flexible to work overtime for special projects or business supports. Strong in written and oral communication skills Ability to do multi-task and tasks prioritization. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Effectively communicates concepts with various levels of the organization. Must maintain strong attention to detail. Competencies: Shows determination to achieve excellent results Finds better ways Demands top performance Inspires commitment Working Condition Must be able to tolerate moderate to high noise levels in a warehouse environment.  Office and outside environmental conditions found in the warehouse, hot in the summer, cold in the winter.  Individuals may need to walk for an extensive period of time while working and walking the facilities; to reach over shoulder heights; bend or stoop below the waist; repetitive wrist, hand, or finger movement; occasional lifting up to 40 pounds.
