Job Description

  • Supporting the service and build of +40 seals / month
  • Key Engineering contact in WA and supporting across the broader Oceania region.
  • Seal, Systems and Couplings selection, and bespoke engineering for Sales RFQs and Pos.
  • Key Support of Sales, and Service in Western Australia, which is the epicenter of key Oil and Gas and Mining customers. Chevron, Woodside and Shell in Oil and Gas and Minara which we have a reliability contract with are some of the key customers – actively relying on Engineering expertise that John Crane provides.
  • Attending customer sites along with Sales reps and Account Managers at the time of tender or other commercial
  • Providing onsite technical and commissioning support to customers when needed.
  • Providing in-depth training for Sales and Service and customers.
  • Supporting Center of Excellence by carrying out initial in-depth investigations on seal failures, RCAs and CSTEDY and checking verifying the results with pertinent offices
