Cosa farai?

Ogni giorno sarà diverso. Sarai sul campo, costruendo relazioni solide con i team ospedalieri, comprendendo le loro esigenze e guidandoli nel processo di vendita. Dalla pianificazione delle visite commerciali al supporto tecnico durante interventi chirurgici complessi, il tuo ruolo sarà fondamentale. Gestirai i budget, monitorerai i depositi e collaborerai nei processi di gara pubblica. Le tue competenze contribuiranno alla crescita del business e al successo della nostra missione.

Cosa ti servirà per avere successo?

Per avere successo in questo ruolo, dovrai essere proattivo, collaborativo e avere una profonda comprensione del contesto clinico. Sarai un partner di fiducia per i clienti e un punto di riferimento per il team.

Laurea in scienze della salute, ingegneria biomedica o ambiti affini (preferibile)
Almeno 1 anno di esperienza in ambito commerciale o ospedaliero, idealmente 2 anni in ruolo simile
Esperienza con prodotti ortopedici o di medicina dello sport e conoscenza delle procedure in sala operatoria
Ottime capacità comunicative, di negoziazione e di lavoro in team
