We are looking for a dynamic and inspiring National Sales Manager to lead and grow our Orthopaedics business across the Netherlands. What will you be doing?

You will take ownership of our orthopaedics sales performance across the Netherlands, guiding the commercial strategy and leading a talented team to deliver outstanding results. From developing national sales plans, to driving market expansion, to coaching and supporting representatives in the field, your influence will be felt at every level. Your days will be varied and engaging, moving between customer meetings, strategic planning, forecasting and collaboration with specialist colleagues. You will lead initiatives that strengthen our market presence, build long lasting partnerships with key accounts and ensure the successful introduction of innovative technologies including robotics. Most importantly, you will create an environment where your team feels motivated, supported and able to excel.

You will bring
• Strong experience leading high performing sales teams within orthopaedics and a track record of delivering revenue growth
• Confidence in shaping strategy and taking ownership of national level plans, forecasting and commercial decisions
• The ability to build influential relationships with surgeons, hospital decision makers and internal partners
• A passion for innovation and a continuous improvement mindset that inspires others
