What will you be doing?
Loan Operations and Trade Operations (40%)
Inspect and perform minor functional testing of surgical equipment, consumable sets, control units, and AWM pumps
Ensure accuracy and completeness of loan documentation prior to inspection
Receipt loan sets: unpacking, scanning, and verifying supplied documents
Pick, scan, and prepare loan sets for dispatch
Coordinate shipping via in-house couriers
Pick, pack, and ship outbound trade orders
Receive goods, unpack, conduct physical checks, and put stock away
System work (40%)
- Updating Mymediset/SAP/Movemedical
Additional duties such as cycle counts, reporting, replenishments, cleaning pumps etc. (20%)
What you will need to be successful?
- Strong attention to detail and an organised, methodical approach
- Comfortable with physical work (up to 80% of the role)
- Ability to follow processes and handle medical equipment with care
- Basic computer skills, including Outlook and Excel
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, medical devices, or loan sets is advantageous but not essential
- Knowledge of SAP ideal but not essential.

What you'll do
- The Logistics Specialist will inspect and perform minor functional testing of surgical equipment and ensure the accuracy of loan documentation. Additional responsibilities include coordinating shipping, receiving goods, and updating systems.
