Are you ready to lead federal contracting strategy across the United States? As our new Director, Federal Healthcare Contracts, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping compliance frameworks, guiding strategic decisions, and enabling sustainable growth in the US government sector. This field-based sales role offers the opportunity to influence operations across all business units while collaborating with senior leadership and key stakeholders.

What will you be doing?

  • Leading the development and execution of a comprehensive US federal contracting compliance strategy
  • Advising senior leadership on regulatory risks, opportunities, and strategic decisions
  • Designing and implementing policies and controls aligned with FAR, DFARS, and other federal regulations
  • Overseeing internal audits, risk assessments, and documentation systems
  • Managing ongoing monitoring of federal contract performance and compliance
  • Acting as the primary contact for government audits and inquiries
  • Delivering training programs on federal contracting requirements and ethical practices
  • Partnering with legal, finance, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure integrated compliance
  • Supporting contract negotiations, renewals, and modifications
  • Contributing to strategic projects and initiatives across the Group

What will you need to be successful?

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of experience in US federal contracting, in medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare
  • Deep knowledge of FAR, DFARS, BAA, TAA, and federal procurement regulations
  • Experience with DoD, VA, HHS, GSA schedules, and government pricing
  • Proven leadership in compliance programs within complex global organizations
  • Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • CFCM or CPCM certification is a plus

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $150,000-215,000 USD annually and the compensation offered will depend on the candidate’s qualifications. You may also be entitled to receive bonus and benefits, which may include medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401k, tuition reimbursement, medical leave programs, and a variety of wellness offerings.
