<p><br>SMILE est le<strong> leader du "sourire" au travail,</strong> mais aussi de<strong> l'intégration de solutions Open-Source. </strong>Enthousiastes, agiles et performants, notre vocation est de libérer le potentiel d'innovation des entreprises, à travers l'Open-Source !</p><p>Nos Smiliens experts accompagnent les entreprises dans des domaines aussi variés que <strong>le Digital, les Business Apps, l'Embarqué & l'IoT et l'Infrastructure : 2000 collaborateurs</strong> présents dans <strong>9 pays</strong>, avec <strong>17 agences</strong> réparties <strong>en France et à l'international. </strong>Nos marques expertes : <strong>SensioLabs, Neopixl, Alter Way, UX-Republic, Creativestyle et Synotis.</strong></p><p>Nous sommes certifiés “Happy at Work” 2023 !😍</p><p>Au sein de l'agence située à Casablanca, rejoignez une équipe dynamique dans une ambiance à taille humaine.</p><p><span><strong>Missions: </strong></span></p><ul><li><p style="text-align:justify;"><span><strong>Piloter la clôture mensuelle</strong> dans l’ERP, en étroite collaboration avec les équipes opérationnelles (chefs de projets, équipes commerciales et le <strong>FP&A Groupe</strong>), dans le respect des deadlines.</span></p></li><li><p style="text-align:justify;"><span><strong>Garantir la fiabilité et la qualité de la data financière</strong> liée à la performance des projets (imputations, TJM, plans de revenus, cut-offs, flux <strong>intercompany)</strong>.</span></p></li><li><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>Assurer le <strong>contrôle et l’analyse mensuelle des OPEX</strong> des filiales internationales du Groupe et en expliquer les principaux drivers.</span></p></li><li><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>Réaliser des <strong>audits de qualité des données</strong> et du respect des règles de gestion dans l’ERP, et formuler des recommandations d’amélioration.</span></p></li><li><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>Produire des <strong>reportings et analyses financières à forte valeur ajoutée</strong> (CA et marges par projet, client et pays), avec analyse des variations vs <strong>N-1</strong> et <strong>budget</strong>.</span></p></li><li><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>Contribuer activement à la <strong>refonte des processus financiers</strong>, au développement de notre <strong>BI</strong> et à l’<strong>automatisation des processus de reporting et de contrôle de gestion</strong>.</span></p></li></ul><p style="text-align:justify;"><span><strong>Profil recherché:</strong></span></p><ul><li><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>Bac+4/5 en finance, contrôle de gestion ou audit.</span></p></li><li><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>+2 ans d'expérience professionnelle en contrôle de gestion, idéalement dans un environnement multiculturel.</span></p></li><li><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>Excellente maîtrise d’Excel.</span></p></li><li><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>La connaissance d'outils BI est un plus (Metabase, Power BI…).</span></p></li><li><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>Curiosité et volonté d'évoluer dans un environnement digital et international.</span></p></li></ul>
