About this role
- Develop and optimize new processes and designs, creating deliverables like HMBs, P&IDs, PFDs, UFDs, Process Data Sheets (PDSs), equipment specifications, validation plans and others.
- Lead conceptual design, vendor integration, and review of technical packages.
- Supervise, guide, and develop junior engineers and team leaders (leadership and mentorship).
- Provide expert advice and technical guidance to internal/external stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional teams on improvement projects and innovation.
- Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and vendor performance.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory, legislative, and company Environment, Health, Safety and Security (EHS &S) standards.
- Participate in safety studies and develop/implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Identify technical uncertainties and contribute to long-term business development plans.
- Communicate business opportunities such as meeting with new clients
- Support sales and BD for client's engagement, technical presentation and development of proposal in relation with process engineering related aspects.
- This position reports to Regional Lead for Fuels and Power & Gas in coordination with Regional Lead for Renewables & Energy Transition and BD team
