The Role

Our high-performing Sydney environmental team is growing with a wide range of interesting projects and sustainable design. We are a large multidisciplinary company with iconic projects across renewables, environmental studies, dam & hydropower, solar power projects, energy transition, roads and in-land rail.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic recent Environmental Planning or Science Graduate for immediate start to join our Sydney team.   

Key responsibilities:

  • Assisting in developing environmental impact assessments, approval applications and other studies and management plans

Ideal applicants will have/be:

  • A recent Graduate in Urban and Environmental Planning or Environmental Science
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary environment
  • Enthusiasm for a career in Environmental Planning, underpinned by a knowledge and understanding of our sector and work

Graduate Development Program

  • Contribute to major projects and community initiatives
  • Gain hands-on experience in proposals, reports, and technical documentation
  • Access mentoring, networking, and industry events
  • Participate in tailored workshops and training

You will be given the opportunity for both in-person and online training on everything from consulting with clients to managing your time effectively through our graduate development workshops.
