The role

Sandro is looking for a Store Manager (part time 80%) for its St. Gallen woman corner in Globus department store, starting from January 2026. The contract is permanent.

Your tasks

As store manager, your tasks will include:

Driving corner performance
- Selling with emotion by offering our customers a unique experience and a moment of fashion.

- Developing the corner's customer portfolio.

- Taking on sales challenges by monitoring and analyzing KPIs and the development of POS objectives and performance.

- Implementing appropriate action plans for sales and human resources.

- Complying with and supervising merchandising guidelines, paying attention to detail.

Manage a team with a focus on excellence and commitment
- Select, integrate, and train new talent for your team.

- Encourage and develop the knowledge of sales teams to help all employees grow. 

- Motivate teams through inspiring and fun daily briefings.

- Lead by example as a manager by coaching teams and providing regular, supportive feedback.

Rigorous and efficient back office management
- Oversee warehouse and POS replenishment activities.

- Communicate and collaborate with all support functions. 

Be an exemplary and enthusiastic leader
- Apply and ensure the proper organization of the POS.

- Apply and ensure internal procedures in terms of administrative management.

Qualifications

If you are a team player, customer-oriented and focused on business, commercial, and managerial needs, with a keen interest in team management, fashion, and customer service, then this role is for you. 

We require a fluent knowledge of German and English languages.
