You will be responsible for bringing our global Talent Development and Talent Management programs to life locally. You will facilitate learning, drive talent processes, and serve as the in-office host for learning events, helping to grow a culture of learning and high-performance. You should feel confident navigating the intersection of learning and AI.&nbsp;</p> <p>You will be <strong>office-based 3 days a week</strong> in Bengaluru and report to the <strong>Sr. Manager, Talent Development,</strong> based in the US.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>You Will:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Facilitate live and virtual instructor-led training sessions in partnership with HR and the business.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Serve as the on-site point of contact, partnering with local and global teams to adapt and localize Talent program materials, communications, and processes to ensure regional context and cultural nuance.</li> <li>Gather feedback, measure outcomes, and propose continuous improvement to learning programs to ensure quality program execution.</li> <li>Create or curate learning content and experiences aligned with the objectives of the business, shaping meaningful, scalable learning experiences.</li> <li>Understand and communicate the impact of AI on skills, roles, and learning, integrating AI awareness into relevant talent programs.</li> <li>Perform other duties as assigned</li> </ul> <p><strong>You Have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>2-4 years of relevant experience in talent development, facilitation, or related HR roles.</li> <li>Proven ability to deliver engaging, interactive training sessions in-person and virtually.</li> <li>Ability to provide occasional coverage outside of normal business hours.</li> <li>Comfort with AI-powered tools or platforms, and curiosity to stay ahead of tech trends in Talent Development.</li> <li>Familiarity with Google Drive, Docs, and Slides, Udemy, Docebo, Slack, and Zoom or similar programs.</li> <li>Ability to manage highly sensitive situations.</li> <li>Comfortability with frequent change.</li> <li>Must be able to move throughout the office during office hours &amp; be able to move equipment weighing up to 22 KG.</li> <li>Legally eligible to work in India on an ongoing basis</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Get to Know Us:</strong></p> <p>At Smartsheet, your ideas are heard, your potential is supported, and your contributions have real impact.
