About the Role
As a Solution Architect, you will own solution design from discovery to delivery. You will work closely with enterprise customers, translating their strategic goals into clear, buildable architectures for chat/voice agents.
This is a highly visible role requiring strong technical depth, business acumen, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with enterprise clients during discovery and scoping; define requirements, risks, and success criteria.
Lead solution design workshops; frame trade-offs and align stakeholders on approach.
Produce and present clear documentation (flows, assumptions, integration models, timelines).
Advise on enterprise data, integrations, and compliance considerations; de-risk edge cases early.
Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and client technical teams.
Collaborate with Implementation Engineers, Product, and Sales to ensure delivery meets commitments.
What We’re Looking For
Strong client-facing consulting skills; comfortable engaging senior executives.
Deep understanding of enterprise architectures and integration patterns.
Passion for AI, automation, and voice-driven products.
Ability to frame trade-offs and influence decision-making with clarity and confidence.
Proficiency in Python (or similar languages) and API-driven architectures.
Experience in BFSI, Fintech, or Financial Services, ideally in the US market.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Positive customer alignment with minimal scope churn.
Approved solution designs with clear business and technical value.
On-time handoffs and successful adoption by enterprise customers.
