About this role

NEW GRADS ONLY ! TRAINNEE POSTITION

New Grad position only. Grads will be paired with mentors for training, assessment and testing. Once qualified, they will be introduced to one of the biggest and most active carriers in the country!

GET THAT EXPERIENCE NEEDED!

Selected graduates will attend a 7- day class in Tontitown, AR Then they will spend 10 days with an On the Road mentor after which they will be sent to an on boarding location for

Backing evaluation

Pre-trip inspection

Road test.

Once approved, they will be given their first 1st Seat job with their own OTR division!!!

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must Have their CDL-A license with NO experience
  • No more than 2 accidents or tickets in the last 3 years.
  • Drivers should live at most within 30 miles around the city, this is strictly enforced. Confirm with Todd at (404) 665-3614 before applying.

  • NO SAP DRIVERS
