About this role
Im Service Partner Management dreht sich alles um die strategische Betreuung unserer internationalen Service Partner und Provider. Dazu gehören unter anderem das On- und Offboarding, das Performance Management, die Vertragskoordination sowie die kontinuierliche Prozessoptimierung
Deine Aufgaben
- Partnerkommunikation: Unterstützung bei der strategischen Betreuung und im täglichen Austausch mit internationalen Servicepartnern und Providern
- Administration: Mitwirkung bei Rechnungsprüfung und -nachverfolgung, Dokumentation sowie weiteren administrativen Tätigkeiten
- Schulungskoordination: Eigenständige Organisation und Koordination von Schulungen für Servicetechniker der Servicepartner und Providerfirmen
- Prozessoptimierung: Mitarbeit bei der Analyse, Weiterentwicklung und Verbesserung interner Abläufe
Dein Profil
- Eingeschriebener Studentin im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Internationales Business oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen, Kommunikationsstärke und Feingefühl im Umgang mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern
- Interkulturelle Sensibilität und Freude an internationaler Zusammenarbeit
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel; Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP) und Salesforce sind ein Plus
