About this role
Du gestaltest Wandel – bei uns im Team für technische Instandhaltung. Als Versorgungsingenieur*in übernimmst du Verantwortung für komplexe Umbau- und Instandhaltungsprojekte und sorgst dafür, dass unsere gebäudetechnischen Anlagen zuverlässig, effizient und nachhaltig betrieben werden.
Deine Mission – das erwartet dich bei uns:
- Projektverantwortung: Du planst, steuerst und setzt anspruchsvolle Instandhaltungs- und Umbauprojekte im Bereich Versorgungstechnik um – mit Fokus auf Kälte-, Lüftungs-, Heizungs- und Sanitäranlagen
- Teamkoordination: Du führst interdisziplinäre Projektteams aus internen Fachbereichen, externen Dienstleistern und Behörden – von der ersten Idee bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung
- Betriebssicherheit: Du stellst durch deine Projekte die rechtssichere und wirtschaftliche Betriebsfähigkeit unserer technischen Anlagen sicher – mit Blick auf maximale Verfügbarkeit
- Effizienzsteigerung: Du entwickelst Maßnahmen zur Optimierung von Energieeffizienz, Nachhaltigkeit und Wirtschaftlichkeit – inklusive Machbarkeitsstudien und Entscheidungsvorlagen
- Regelkonformität: Du berücksichtigst relevante technische Regelwerke und Vorschriften (VDI, DIN, HOAI, VOB etc.) und sorgst für deren Einhaltung im Projektverlauf
Dein Profil – das bringst du mit:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor/Master/Diplom) in Versorgungstechnik, Gebäude- und Energietechnik oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement von Bauvorhaben – insbesondere Umbauten im Bestand, Modernisierungen und Instandsetzungen
- Berufspraxis in der Versorgungs- und Anlagentechnik, idealerweise auch im Betrieb und der Instandhaltung technischer Anlagen
- Kenntnisse in MSR-Technik sowie relevanten technischen Regelwerken und Bauvorschriften
- Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit
