About this role
Tu Misión – En Qué Trabajarás
- Gestión Operativa del Servicio: Supervisarás y coordinarás a los ingenieros de servicio, proveedores externos y el equipo de back office. Planificarás actividades de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, asegurando el cumplimiento de los SLA y KPI establecidos
- Punto de Contacto Central: Serás el vínculo entre los clientes, el equipo local de servicio y el LATAM Service Manager. En casos complejos, gestionarás las escalaciones hacia la dirección, ingenieros especialistas o el soporte global
- Garantía de Calidad y Seguridad: Asegurarás que todas las intervenciones cumplan con los protocolos técnicos y normativas de seguridad. Impulsarás mejoras continuas en los procedimientos, herramientas y flujos de servicio
- Gestión de Recursos e Inventario: Administrarás repuestos, herramientas e inventarios. Prepararás informes periódicos sobre desempeño, incidencias y costos operativos
- Liderazgo del Equipo: Formarás, apoyarás y motivarás al personal técnico. Realizarás evaluaciones de desempeño y definirás planes de desarrollo y mejora
Tu Perfil – Lo Que Aportarás
- Técnico o Ingeniero en Ingeniería Eléctrica
- Mínimo 3 años de experiencia supervisando equipos de servicio técnico en el sector energético o tecnológico
- Conocimiento de inversores solares, sistemas BESS y normativas eléctricas chilenas
- Fuertes habilidades de diagnóstico en sistemas fotovoltaicos y de almacenamiento
- Experiencia en el uso de herramientas de ticketing y plataformas ERP
- Español nativo; inglés a nivel intermedio a avanzado
- Liderazgo sólido, comunicación efectiva, responsabilidad, proactividad, orientación al cliente y habilidades de gestión de conflictos
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera estructurada y manejar entornos operativos dinámicos
