About this role

Your Mission – What You’ll Work On

 

  • Responsibility:You independently perform preventive and corrective maintenance on solar inverters and BESS systems, ensuring the reliable operation of customer assets
  • Technical Diagnosis: You troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues both remotely and on-site to guarantee operational continuity
  • Health & Safety: You strictly follow electrical regulations and safety protocols when carrying out any field work
  • Documentation: You record all service activities, findings, and results in our internal systems (ERP, service tools)
  • Customer Relationships: You provide technical after-sales support on-site and remotely, ensuring customer satisfaction and strengthening long-term relationships
  • Coordination: You coordinate planning and escalation with the Service Supervisor and back-office team to ensure smooth processes
  • Continuous Improvement: You report incidents and suggest improvements to support process optimization and product quality

 

Your Profile – What You’ll Contribute

 

  • Technician or Engineer in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Renewable Energy, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in maintaining or repairing electrical/electronic equipment, ideally PV and storage systems
  • Good knowledge of solar inverters, BESS batteries, electrical diagrams, and measurement tools
  • Native Spanish speaker; English at a basic to intermediate level
  • Strong customer focus, proactive attitude, structured working method, and solid problem-solving skills
  • High sense of responsibility and teamwork capability
  • Willingness to travel and strict adherence to safety standards
