Provide technical and operational support throughout the project execution process. Prepare well schedule, budget estimates, and project well control briefing. Support multiple PL operations in a collaborative optimized program design. Assist in incident response, recovery, and incident investigation. Analyze job execution versus design and formally capture design improvements and optimization opportunities. Participate in selection and evaluation of service companies, suppliers, and equipment. Ensure proper communication with relevant parties (i.e., Customer, PLs, third-parties, etc.) Participate in HARCs and other risk assessment methodology. Manage and monitor daily operational progress (i.e., scope, time, cost and quality) versus plan and provide recommendations for improvements utilizing new technology options where appropriate. Evaluate results versus objectives, focusing on service companies and key contractors performance. Perform engineering studies to solve recurring well problems and initiate engineering corrective actions for continuous improvement.
