Provide administrative support to the GTC HR Recruiting & UR Manager. Provide clerical support associated with HR recruiting documents, processes, reports, performance indicators and correspondence. Support with organization and logistics for candidate interviews, assessments and recruiting events. Support to coordinate induction of new recruits and follow progress and success of new hires through the first year of their career. Implement process improvements to ensure efficiency and accuracy in the delivery of HR recruiting services to the business. Ensure that HR recruiting services are delivered in a professional manner and at the highest business standards. Maintain a good grasp of HR Recruiting and business issues. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with the Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines. Conduct yourself and carry out all duties with the highest level of confidentiality and professional integrity. Other duties and special projects as assigned to meet organizational requirements.
