Establish and maintain data links between the wellsite and town networks Manage user access and permissions for wellsite systems Troubleshoot IT infrastructure, RCS, Coda systems, sensors, cabling, and related issues Maintain and manage IT equipment inventory at the wellsite Restart and maintain virtual machines as needed Understand and work with town-based Orchestra & Prism systems Serve as a basic user of data acquisition, core, and service elements of wellsite execution systems Support seamless communication between rig site and remote centers Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and system troubleshooting Familiarity with virtual machines, servers, and rig IT environments is a plus Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Good communication and teamwork abilities Motivation to learn and grow in IT support for drilling operations
