Support the implementation and adoption of DrillPlan, DrillOps, and drilling data projects Provide technical and drilling expertise to help customers maximize the value of digital tools Serve as the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through digital drilling change management Capture software enhancement ideas and communicate them to the digital organization Advise Sales and Commercial teams on technical requirements and bid clarifications Perform project technical analysis and evaluate the potential value of digital solutions Participate in technical discussions to optimize customer workflows and requirements Assist in market segmentation exercises, technology gap analysis, and strategy development Capture leads and opportunities for the application of differentiated technology packages Support continuous improvement through engineering corrective actions Promote cross-domain and cross-business line solutions Report on competitor technology applications and industry trends Coordinate DrillPlan and DrillOps deployment, ensuring timely delivery for projects Participate in customer performance reviews and project feedback sessions Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Geoscience, or a related field Basic understanding of drilling operations and digital drilling tools is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Motivation to learn and grow in digital drilling and technical customer support
