Job Description

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys guiding, advising, and supporting individuals through important life decisions, while also working towards clear performance goals. You will act as a trusted point of contact for aspiring pilots, helping them understand their options and confidently progress through enrolment.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for prospective trainees, providing a welcoming and professional experience
  • Build strong, trusted relationships through email, telephone, video calls, face-to-face meetings, and social media

  • Guide applicants step-by-step through the admissions and enrolment process
  • Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure a smooth and supportive journey for each student
  • Follow up with enquiries generated via marketing campaigns, open days, and partner organisations
  • Represent Skyborne at events and open days across the UK and Europe (as required)
  • Use Salesforce CRM to manage enquiries, track engagement, and monitor progress
  • Achieve enrolment targets through quality conversations and effective follow-up
  • Coordinate with finance teams to support initial payments and onboarding

You may be a great fit if you:

  • Enjoy helping people make informed, life-changing decisions

  • Have experience in customer liaison, admissions, recruitment, education, training, hospitality, or consultative sales
