Buscamos por um(a) Inspetor de Preditiva para atuar na cidade de Charqueadas/RS.
Descrição das atividades:
- Realizar as inspeções preditivas instrumentadas em equipamentos rotativos, detectar as falhas potenciais;
- Acompanhamento periódico de equipamentos e/ou máquinas através da coleta de dados, utilizando ferramentas e procedimentos de análise para detecção de anomalias no funcionamento e possíveis defeitos nos equipamentos e/ou processos;
- Realizar as inspeções dos equipamentos relativos à função lubrificação, efetuando os serviços de verificação de nível e reposição de lubrificantes em equipamentos e executa rotinas de lubrificação, se necessário;
- Efetua a troca de cargas de lubrificantes, bem como a sua purificação e filtragem, lubrifica os pontos de graxa e verifica o funcionamento em sistemas centralizados;
- Comunica verbalmente e por escrito os resultados das inspeções, notificando os desvios encontrados;
- Efetua o levantamento de dados técnicos de equipamentos para elaboração do plano de inspeção e lubrificação;
- Interpretar desenhos técnicos para montagens de datasheets;
- Executar as práticas adequadas para coleta de amostras de lubrificantes.
Requisitos & Competências:
- Formação técnica cursando em Mecânica, Mecatrônica, Automação Industrial ou áreas relacionadas;
- Conhecimento de lubrificação básica e análise de lubrificante (produtos e aplicações);
- Experiência na área de Manutenção e principalmente Lubrificação;
- Conhecimento em informática.
