Senior/Lead Backend Engineer - Liven

The Role You’ll Own Senior/Lead Backend Engineer

• Owning backend development within the product domain and actively shaping technical decisions

• Working closely with stakeholders to turn business needs into practical, well-designed solutions

• Setting a high bar for code quality and encouraging best engineering practices in everyday work

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve system integration and make processes smoother

• Continuously evolving the codebase, architecture, services, and development practices

• Leading, mentoring, and coordinating the backend development team

Preferred Experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on backend development experience (Node.js or Python)

• Experience in people management, with a genuine interest in growing and supporting a team (will be a plus)

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Ability to work within a dynamic environment
