ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking an experienced leader to help drive our systems modernization initiatives across Finance and Supply Chain ecosystems. This role will drive transformational change by leading large-scale initiatives leveraging cutting-edge technologies and best practices to optimize our IT infrastructure, enhance operational efficiency, and support business growth. This role will report directly to the VP, Enterprise Technology Transformation and work closely with peer groups within IT, business leaders and teams across the organization, as well as with select System Integrators. You will help plan and execute large-scale technology transformation initiatives, harnessing emerging technologies, data-driven insights, and industry-leading practices to build our technology foundation to support and enable sustainable business growth.

As a key member of the IT leadership team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with senior executives and directly impact the success of our technology initiatives.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

You will help lead and drive success of Finance and Supply Chain modernization programs, overseeing their implementation and delivery. This role requires close collaboration with the Skechers Information Technology team, Finance team, Supply Chain Team and key system implementation partners.

  • Execute against a comprehensive strategy for modernizing finance and supply chain systems
  • Lead large-scale, complex modernization programs, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and technology adoption.
  • Oversee the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new technologies and platforms to support finance and supply chain operations.
  • Manage relationships with key vendors, partners, and service providers to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of modernized systems.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and user adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify innovative solutions that can drive competitive advantage.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in system implementation and data management.
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication and alignment to ensure modernization efforts you lead are coordinated and integrated across all relevant departments and systems.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on program progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions with peer executives to align modernization efforts with broader organizational goals and initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison between IT and business units to ensure that modernization efforts meet the needs of all stakeholders.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale IT transformation projects, particularly in finance and supply chain domains.
  • 15+ yrs of progressive experience leading and delivering technology implementations
  • Strong understanding of current and emerging technologies, including cloud computing, AI/ML, data analytics, and ERP systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Deep knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and change management principles.
  • Experience with financial and supply chain processes and systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, TOGAF) are a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders across various IT and business functions.
  • Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with executives and senior leadership.
  • Proven track record of successfully navigating complex organizational structures and driving complex technology implementations across multiple departments.
  • Strong understanding of the interconnections between various IT domains (e.g., enterprise applications, infrastructure, security, retail technology) and their impact on modernization efforts.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams without direct authority.

The pay range for this position is $180,000-$240,000/yr USD.
